This production line is mainly aimed at the automatic recycling and disposal production line of metal chemical packaging containers such as paint drums and diesel drums. This line is dedicated to the disposal of various metal packaging containers, such as 200L diesel drums, paint drums, chemical drums, oil filter elements, etc... As newest disposal technology, this line has advantage of reduced labor intensity, high automation, and high production efficiency, good sealing performance of the whole line, high production safety, and clean production environment.

1. Safe and reliable production: The production line is equipped with explosion-proof devices to effectively protect the safety of personnel and equipment. The entire line is equipped with an intelligent monitoring system. The operator can monitor the running status of the equipment in the control room in real time, effectively preventing accidents.

2. Good sealing performance: In order to reduce gas leakage, a large air volume negative pressure exhaust system is adopted to uniformly concentrate the exhaust gas generated during the processing of materials and discharge them to reduce the emission of harmful gases in the workshop.
